Refund policy

At Jackie’s Vintage Vault, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos before you buy. While we are on a social media live and an order is placed all sales are final before shipments due to taking the product out of rotation at the time of live sale.  

As a luxury resale business, all items are sold as-is and are carefully inspected for authenticity and condition before being listed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing and agree to these terms.
