If you have an authenticity concern about an item purchased from Jackie’s Vintage Vault, please contact us with your order number, a description of your concern, and any supporting documentation so we can review it with you.

If you have an authenticity concern, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a written assessment from a qualified independent authentication service. Conflicting assessments will be referred for further independent review. If an item is confirmed inauthentic, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund upon return and verification of the item. This guarantee is separate from our all-sales-final policy.
